1. What is an affiliate programme?

An affiliate programme is a type of partnership between an online merchant and a website owner where the online merchant compensates the website owner for any revenue generated through the merchant's links on their website. As an affiliate you are paid a commission every time a customer referred through your website and generates revenue for the merchant. It's that easy!

2. What is an affiliate?

An affiliate is an independent website that promotes a merchant's products or services. Affiliates earn a commission every time a referred player generates revenue for one of our online gaming merchants.

3. What is a merchant/operator?

A merchant/operator is any website that sells a product or service, accepts payments and fulfils orders.

4. What is a tiered affiliate programme?

As a VC Affiliate, you are entitled to additional commissions when you recruit affiliates for all VC products. You will earn a percentage of the commissions paid to the website (sub-affiliates) that you recruit.

 

 

Becoming an Affiliate

1. How do I join the VC Affiliates programme?

To become a VC Affiliate, all you need is a website and an email address. Then you need to follow our easy registration process:

  1. Become a VC Affiliate: Sign up here to join VC Affiliates.
  2. Sign up to promote our four products: Once you are registered as a VC Affiliate, you will have the opportunity to select any number of our products to promote. Simply log-in and find the creatives you need.

Once you have registered to VC Affiliates, the affiliate manager for the product will review your application details and send you a confirmation email.

2. Are there any fees to join as an affiliate?

VC Affiliates is a free affiliate programme. Our entire affiliate program is 100% free of charge for affiliates.

3. What commissions do I earn from each product?

4. I have more than one website, should I apply again?

No. Whether you have one website, or 100 sites, you only need to apply once to VC Affiliates.

You can easily track multiple websites under one login. Our affiliate management area enables you to create a unique code for each of your websites. This makes it easy for you to view separate traffic, referral and earnings stats for each site.

5. How long will it take for my application to be approved?

Applications are usually reviewed and actioned within 2 working days of receipt.

6. Will my Web site be accepted?

We accept the majority of websites that are submitted to VC Affiliates. However, your site(s) will undergo a review to ensure that content is considered acceptable to our brand. For example, sites of a pornographic or racially prejudicial nature are liable to be refused acceptance to VC Affiliates. The success of your application is at the discretion of the VC Affiliates Team.

 

 

Linking, Tracking and Account Management

1. How is a customer associated with my Web site?

Each link that connects your Web site to one of our products contains a unique tracking code. This code tracks impressions, clicks and records required data such as registrations, purchases made and play activity by your referred customers at the product's site. This activity is recorded in our database and is visible in your affiliate account.

2. Where do I get my tracking code?

To get your tracking code you must first sign up to VC Affiliates. Once your application is approved you can log into the VC Affiliates system and go to the "Banner Manager" section.

Your tracking code is provided directly from this section in HTML format. This code will be inserted automatically into the HTML for any marketing tools - such as banners, buttons and text links - that you wish to use. Simply copy and paste the code for the marketing tool your wish to use and paste it into the HTML of your Web site.

Remember - it's important to test all tracking codes that you add to your website by clicking on them and verifying that this click is registered in your affiliate account.

3. How do I set up tracking for multiple websites or campaigns?

You can easily create unique codes for each of your websites or campaigns in our affiliate management area.

  1. Log into your account and go to "My Account".
  2. Click on "Affiliate Tracking Profiles" in the left hand navigation.
  3. Enter your websites or campaign information in the form.
  4. We will assign your campaign or website a unique code. All your unique codes can be viewed in the grid on the top of the page.
  5. To add this code to a marketing tool (banner, text link, etc.), go to "Banner Manager" and use the drop-down menu that lists all your campaigns to choose which campaign or website will carry your link.

Then choose your marketing tool in the next drop-down menu. Your unique campaign code will automatically be inserted into the tool's HTML

5. How do I change my account information?

You can change your account information at any time in our management area.

Simply log into your account and click on "My Account". Make your changes in the form and click "Submit".

 

 

Viewing your Stats & Getting Paid

1. How do I keep track of my earnings and referrals?
By logging into our reporting interface area, you can monitor your daily traffic, earnings and referrals. Our "Reports" section enables you to generate detailed summaries of all your affiliate campaigns or view a quick summary of your account's overall activity.
2. How often are my stats updated?
Your affiliate stats for each product are updated daily.
3. How do I know how much I am owed for each product?
Log into your VC Affiliates account and select "Reports". On the reports menu you will find a Payment Report. The Payment Report is a statement summary of commissions earned and bonuses issued during a specified date range for a specific merchant. If the total commission earned does not meet the payment threshold for the product then the commissions will be rolled over. If the threshold has been made the payment becomes due to be paid.
4. How and when do I get paid?
Payments will be processed by the 15th of every month for each VC Product that your players generate revenue for, once you reach the minimum payment threshold for the product. This payment minimum is set at GBP50 (or for payments to non-UK bank accounts, GBP 100). We offer a range of payment methods, including BACS, Neteller or directly to a VC sportsbook/casino account.
